She was born in Trabzon in 1982 and completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Rize.
She completed her undergraduate education in Erzurum Atatürk University in 2005.
Between 2005-2007, she worked in a private polyclinic in Ankara, between 2007-2012 in Trabzon Oral and Dental Health Center, and between 2012-2021 in Istanbul Ataşehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital.
Dt. Şenay Yankın Çangal has been working in Natural Dental Polyclinic since 2021.
She is a member of Turkish Dental Association.
